What we collect

When you fill out a form on chantierweb.app, we collect the information you choose to send us: name, business, email, phone, current website, message, the service and plan you are interested in, your language and the page the request was sent from.

We do not collect any payment information on this website.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare a proposal and follow up on our business relationship. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Requests are saved in a secure database hosted by our cloud infrastructure providers, and a notification is sent to our email inbox (Google). These providers may host data outside Quebec; we choose them for their security measures.

Requests may also be forwarded to Chantier OS, our own management application, for follow-up.

How long

Your information is kept as long as necessary for the purposes above, then deleted.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. Our host may set a technical security cookie (bot protection). Your browser’s session storage is only used to remember the plan you selected during your visit.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent at any time.
